Flamba uses artificial intelligence to generate age-appropriate text, images, and audio intended to support curiosity, imagination, and learning in a safe and respectful environment.
Flamba operates as a technology platform that facilitates AI-generated content and provides access to interactive features through an access-based subscription model. Flamba does not operate as a publisher of user-authored content and does not claim authorship of user prompts.
Flamba respects intellectual property rights globally, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and other proprietary rights protected under applicable laws in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, and other jurisdictions where the App is available.
Flamba does not support, encourage, or permit the intentional generation of content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property of others.

Flamba’s AI features rely on probabilistic models. As a result, AI-generated output may, in rare cases, unintentionally resemble existing works, characters, styles, trademarks, or other protected content.
Any such resemblance is unintentional and incidental, does not indicate copying, endorsement, or affiliation, and does not reflect Flamba’s intent or design goals.
Where potentially infringing content is identified, Flamba will take prompt and appropriate corrective action, consistent with applicable laws and platform policies.
Flamba does not design, select, or pre-approve individual text or images generated through the App. All AI-generated content is produced automatically based on user-initiated prompts using probabilistic artificial intelligence models.
As a result, AI-generated text or images may unintentionally include references, names, symbols, or visual elements that resemble or relate to trademarks, brands, or protected content owned by third parties.
Such occurrences are unintentional, incidental, and do not reflect any intent by Flamba to copy, imitate, endorse, or associate with any third-party brand, character, or rights holder.
Flamba does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of third-party intellectual property references and does not assume responsibility for the presence of such references in AI-generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flamba shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from AI-generated content that references or resembles third-party trademarks or protected works, where such content is generated automatically and without intent to infringe.
AI-generated content produced through Flamba does not represent, imply, or claim endorsement by any third party, brand, creator, or rights holder. Any similarity to existing works, characters, or trademarks is coincidental and does not create an association, sponsorship, or partnership.
Users, and where applicable parents or guardians, are responsible for the prompts they submit and for how AI-generated content is used or shared outside the App.
Flamba provides access to AI-generated content as part of an interactive experience but does not authorize external use that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flamba shall not be liable for intellectual property violations resulting from user-initiated prompts or external use of AI-generated content.
Flamba uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including providers such as OpenAI, to power certain features.
In accordance with applicable provider policies, third-party AI providers do not claim ownership of generated output. Rights to AI-generated output are assigned or granted to Flamba to the extent permitted by applicable law, and Flamba provides users with limited access to such content under its Terms of Use.
Flamba does not control the internal operation of third-party AI models but applies safeguards and moderation practices aligned with global legal and platform standards.
Flamba Kids AI and Flamba Tweens AI are intended for use by children under parental or guardian supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for guiding children’s use of the App, helping them understand the nature and limitations of AI-generated content, and ensuring appropriate and lawful use of shared content.
