Flamba Kids AI is designed to offer children a playful and educational experience through artificial intelligence.
All text, images, and audio generated by the App are illustrative and exploratory in nature only.
Nothing generated by the App is intended to be, or should ever be interpreted as, a call to action, instruction, recommendation, or encouragement for a child to perform any real-world activity.
The content provided by the App does not represent verified or proven scientific knowledge and must not be relied upon as factual, medical, scientific, legal, or safety guidance.
Flamba Kids AI does not replace parents, caregivers, teachers, or trusted sources of knowledge.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to explain this statement to their child and help them understand the nature and limitations of AI-generated content before and during use of the App.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that a child’s use of the App is appropriate, balanced, and does not negatively affect the child’s well-being or quality of life.
This includes ensuring that the App is used:

Flamba Kids AI (“Flamba”, “we”, “our”, “the App”) is developed and operated under the trade name Flamba by an individual developer.
The App provides child-friendly AI experiences such as conversations, images, and exploratory content about nature, animals, and the world.
Flamba Kids AI is intended for children aged 3 and older.
Use of the App requires the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and caregivers should ensure that the App is used safely, responsibly, and only when the child is stationary and in a safe environment.
The App is designed for fun, curiosity, and learning. Users agree to:
Flamba uses artificial intelligence to generate dynamic responses, images, and interactive content.
AI-generated content:
Flamba does not guarantee educational outcomes, learning progress, or factual accuracy in every response. Parents and caregivers should help interpret and contextualize content.
All content generated within the App, including text, images, and audio (“AI-Generated Content”), is created dynamically using third-party AI services accessed and paid for by Flamba.
The App operates on an access-based subscription model. By purchasing a subscription or using a trial period, users receive limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to AI-Generated Content solely for personal, non-commercial use within the App.
Users do not acquire ownership, authorship, or intellectual property rights in AI-Generated Content.
Flamba retains all rights, title, and interest in and to AI-Generated Content to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including any rights received from its AI service providers.
Users may not copy, sell, publish, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit AI-Generated Content outside the App.
The App includes a “Share” feature that allows users to share AI-Generated Content using system-provided sharing tools available on their device.
Available sharing options depend on device settings configured by a parent or guardian.
Flamba does not operate, control, or monitor third-party platforms used for sharing. Use of shared content on external services is governed by those services’ terms.
AI-Generated Content may include a visible watermark or attribution such as “By Flamba Kids” to indicate the source of the content.
This attribution is informational only and does not grant ownership rights or restrict permitted sharing.
Some features require a paid subscription.
The use of AI-generated content, including issues related to copyrights, trademarks, and third-party intellectual property, is governed by Flamba’s Intellectual Property & Copyright Statement, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
A free trial of 30 minutes begins only after the user explicitly confirms activation by pressing “OK” in the in-app trial prompt shown after registration and first interaction.
During the trial, users may generate up to 2 images.
After the trial, an active subscription currently allows up to 7 images per 24-hour period.
The trial is available only once per account and may be limited to one trial per device, to the extent permitted by law. Unused trial time does not carry over.
Flamba may modify limits, trial conditions, or feature availability at any time.
Registration is required upon first launch.
Users may register using an email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
Use of the App without registration is not permitted.
Account data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Flamba may take appropriate action if these Terms or safety rules are violated, including:
If an account is suspended or deleted due to violations, access to paid features will be terminated.
Except where required by applicable law, unused subscription time or access will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued by Flamba.
All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their policies.
Users may not attempt to bypass or circumvent safety controls, trial limitations, subscription rules, or usage limits.
Such attempts may result in enforcement actions under this Section.
The App and AI-Generated Content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Flamba may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
