Flamba Tweens AI is designed to support children ages 8–12 in exploring school subjects and developing understanding through artificial intelligence.
All text, images, and audio generated by the App are illustrative and exploratory in nature only.
Nothing generated by the App is intended to be, or should ever be interpreted as, a call to action, instruction, recommendation, or encouragement to perform any real-world activity.
The content provided by the App does not represent verified or proven scientific knowledge and must not be relied upon as factual, medical, scientific, legal, or safety guidance.
Flamba Tweens AI does not replace parents, caregivers, teachers, schools, textbooks, or trusted educational sources.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to explain these limitations to their child and remain involved in how the App is used for learning.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that a child’s use of the App is appropriate, balanced, and does not negatively affect the child’s well-being or quality of life.

The App is not intended to be used while the child is in motion or navigating public spaces, especially outdoors.
Flamba Tweens AI (“Flamba”, “we”, “our”, “the App”) is developed and operated under the trade name Flamba by an individual developer.
The App provides AI-powered educational support tools, including text explanations, images, voice features, and exploratory content.
Flamba provides a technology platform that facilitates AI-generated content and does not pre-review or endorse individual responses.
Flamba Tweens AI is intended for children aged 8–12.
Use of the App requires the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and caregivers should ensure safe, responsible use and help children understand the nature and limitations of AI-generated content.
By allowing a child to use the App, a parent or legal guardian acknowledges responsibility for supervising and guiding the child’s use of the App.

Study Buddy is an educational support feature designed to help children better understand school subjects through simplified explanations.

Flamba Tweens AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, academic results, grades, exam performance, or learning outcomes.
Users and parents should not rely on AI-Generated Content as the sole basis for decisions, actions, or conclusions.
All content generated within the App, including Study Buddy explanations, text, images, and audio (“AI-Generated Content”), is created dynamically using third-party AI services accessed and paid for by Flamba.
The App operates on an access-based subscription model. Users receive limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to AI-Generated Content solely for personal, non-commercial use within the App.
Users do not acquire ownership or intellectual property rights in AI-Generated Content.
Flamba retains all rights, title, and interest in AI-Generated Content to the maximum extent permitted by law, including rights received from its AI service providers.
The App may allow sharing of AI-Generated Content through system-provided sharing tools available on the device.
Available sharing options depend on device settings configured by a parent or guardian.
Flamba does not operate or control third-party platforms used for sharing.
Flamba Tweens AI does not include in-app messaging or communication between users.
AI-Generated Content, including images shown in Flambix, may include a visible watermark or attribution such as “By Flamba” for informational purposes only.
Some features require a paid subscription.
The use of AI-generated content, including issues related to copyrights, trademarks, and third-party intellectual property, is governed by Flamba’s Intellectual Property & Copyright Statement, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
A 30-minute free trial begins only after explicit user confirmation via an in-app prompt.
During the trial, users may generate up to 2 images.
After the trial, a subscription currently allows up to 7 images per 24 hours.
The trial is available once per account and may be limited per device.
Flamba may modify limits and conditions at any time.
Registration is required upon first launch.
Users may register using an email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
Flamba may enforce these Terms by:
If access is terminated due to violations, paid features will be discontinued.
Except where required by law, unused subscription time is forfeited.
Billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Attempts to bypass limits, trial rules, or safety mechanisms may result in enforcement actions under this section.
The App and AI-Generated Content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flamba is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Users and parents should not rely on AI-Generated Content as the sole basis for decisions, actions, or conclusions.
Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Flamba may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
